Run patcher or if it doesn't work for you download the manual patch in that thread that Resistant posted.

Try to update your client with client updater

or use autoupdate tool. If it will not work re-install your client since something is missing.

try turnoff WTFfast and ur antivirus then re-instal again client

Turn off your firewall and add main.exe as exception to antivirus there might be something blocking it.

If you already did everything we suggested, try this:

Before reinstalling the client, turn off your antivirus and firewall. Because it might be blocking some files to be saved while installing that's why the file is missing, this is just a theory but try it.

Seems everyone is suggesting the same thing -_- turn off your anti virus I think he got the point by now,

I saw many users with problems such as this and some had solutions but some to this date aren't still solved. I've seen that error before and it comes from a lack of files if im not mistaken (not updated or deleted files). Try running the game without "as admin" after reinstalling. Certain programs such as (ones that use cmd prompt) often don't run when run as admin (don't know why).
