Try downloading and Scanning your system.

At first, my InfinityMu client also won't start, but when I downloaded and scanned my system, included InfinityMU Client on Exceptions on AVG and restarted my OS. Client was fine that time.

I use AVG anti-virus/internet security.

Possible Reasons:
-I am thinking that your MU is not properly installed.
-your firewall is blocking MU

Suggestion:
-turn off firewall [control panel, security center, windows firewall and click it to the off and ok]
-re-install MU.

Turn off your firewall and try to restart your PC. you don't need to re-install ur client.

Check your computer regularly with several antivirus updated. Always keep updated the software on your computer.
