why? : Because Its the earliest and we all know all time listed was very late and its sleeping hours in philippines but they sacrificed just to play CS atleast they can sleep early than before.

I can only play 1 hour in our current CS time and it is not good, because I can`t fully focus to the CS with my GM Character.

19-21 because if we make bigger change most people will be very confused since they are used to this time and this can ruin the cs for at least 2-3 weeks.

I choosed 18:00 - 20:00(GMT+2) . For me , The time that we currently used right now are midnight .. i mean 2.00am-4.00am . so sometimes i missed the cs cause i fall asleep.
