-Open Photoshop/GIMP or any other photo manipulation programs and add a few effects to it make it it more attractive.

im sure i already posted this somewhere but ill repeat it for those who will bother reading this post...
this event is made in hopes of slowly developing GFX skills from our players...but if you just take SS and submit it then its obvious u didnt even make an effort of reading the mechanics and only want easy rewards...
