Blood Castle Revamp


The forbidding entrance to the Blood Castle
​

The dauntless Archangel and the mighty warriors of the land were successful in reclaiming the Blood Castle from the corrupted underlings of Lord Kundun and other deadly demons that once lurked within. After so many attempts, they finally regained control over the long-disputed palace. The warriors rejoiced and celebrated, not knowing that the worst is yet to come.

One night, an unforeseen upheaval came upon the castle. It all started with a thick fog- a red mist engulfing the entire palace. It was as if the Devil of Darkness, Kundun himself has granted them his defiling presence. Then, a few moments later, a dark portal appeared on the drawbridge giving passage to countless varieties of beasts and monsters. The warriors tried to fend them off, but they were greatly outnumbered. They had no choice, but to leave the fortress they have just retrieved. With a heavy heart and a burning soul, they retreated to the safe zones of Lorencia.

The forces of Lord Kundun fortified the Blood Castle giving it a new look and a stronger defense. They enhanced the barricades, added numerous deadly traps, and as a token of their dominance and wickedness, they poured the blood of their victims in front of the gate.

This event tested the faith of the warriors. They were starting to feel hopeless and demoralized. But, just when all hope seems lost and all efforts exhausted, a new light appeared. Their courage, bravery, and unity summoned a more superior and powerful being, Azrael- described by the old testaments and other ancient scriptures as the “Angel of Death and Destruction”.

Event Mechanics
Fight thru the bridge and gain entrance into the castle. Be the first to retrieve the Divine Archangel Weapon, and return it to the NPC to complete the event. With the Cloak of Invisibility, you will be allowed into the castle grounds.

Timeframe
5:00 – Announcement of invitation and registration period (5 minutes)
15:00 – Duration of the Revamped Blood Castle Event (15 minutes)

x 1 Cornucopia giftbox which drops random jewel from the New Jewels.
+ 1 Blood Castle Point to the monthly competition for Azrael's Uber Sets.
+ 50 Gold Credits for the WebShop and Pack of Gold Credits at the end of the month..

Monthly Top Blood Castle winner will be granted 1 of the following uber weapon-shield pair for 30 days:

New Event Thessaly Death Match (Team vs Team Event)
Ultimate New PVP event in continent of MU Online.
3 New Uber Sets which are available to be acquired only in-game through Thessaly Death Match Event (Team vs Team Event).
Everything went in accordance with Lemulia’s cunning tricks and evil plans. First, she restored the cursed island of Thessaly where the gods once clashed and then framed a tournament with a tempting reward- the mythical Box of Infinity. She announced that whoever opens the box will have an everlasting life and a power strong enough to challenge cosmic beings. Unfortunately, the trick was successfull, as it lured the mightiest warriors of the land. The promise of immortality and godlike power was so strong that they turned against each other, beheaded their own masters, and slaughtered their own brothers. This time, no one saw past Lemulia’s veil of deception. Not a single person caught the wicked smirk on her face as she covertly collected the souls of the fallen.

Lemulia's Rudebox​

A rare box that contains items of high to superior quality. To obtain the box, players must hunt down the evil boss witch, Lemulia in the mystical frozen land of Niflheim during the automated invasion called Draconite Hunter Event.​

2. All of the new ancient sets will be available in our webshop for donation except:

:: Various Small Tweaks ::

Another small tweaks were applied to our server:
1. [Client] Anti-cheat updates - Fixed a few false positive issues along with several hacks added to the block list + anticheat and client optimizations have been applied.
2. [Odin server] Nilfheim Monster Boss - Lemulia HP, Defense and Ignore Damage Success stats have been updated. The boss shouldn't die instantly after respawn on Draconite Hunter Invasion (please report if he randomly dies instantly again).
3. [Siege server] Monster Boss Erohim HP, DEF & Ignore Damage Success stats have been increased and Ancient Drop Rate have been decreased in Land of Trials.
4. [Client] AntiLag built-in client feature - F6 to enable / disable antilag which disables skills animation and potion glow on other players around you.

:: Prizes Reminder :: Land Of Trials


Land of Trials Map
Map whose entrance is awarded to the Castle Siege Lords, this map is an independent hunting ground and regular players will be restricted from access unless the alliance holding the castle allows it. The area is filled with different types of high level monsters and drops range from jewels to ancient and excellent items up to 3 excellent options + All New Ancient Sets from the last update.

If you are a Castle Siege winner, you can get numerous of prizes:

Prize #5: Erohim monster boss respawn in 4 locations:
143 187;
132 46;
43 62;
80 111.
Erohim monster boss will respawn in 4 spawns in Land of Trials every 6 hours (from the last kill). Erohim drops Draconite which can be exchanged later for Tier-2 Draconite Uber Sets.

Prize #4: Land of Trials.
Being a castle owner gets you to access Land of Trials. Here the SOLs dropping rate is higher and you can get Ancient items from killing the mobs. Also, the Excellent items that drop here have up to 3 excellent options.


Prize #3 - Becoming a bit more famous @ the forum of InfinityMU! The Alliance Leader (The CastleOwner) will automatically receive the tag in forums. The other members of the winning alliance must send a forum PM to the Head Event Master with a valid Screenshot taken at the end of the siege. Besides the Castle Owner Tag, everyone who sends a screenshot is rewarded with 3 IMES Points or IMES Reaper on someone Preview:
