Cannot connect to FTP.

HELP. I CANT PLAY xD
I turned off my firewall, Restarted my PC, Reinstalled the game (also re - downloaded), Patched up (manually), turned off my anti virus. And every other thing that we basically do.

LOL. no connection ERROR, then we've done re install.
then the result is the same. idk why.
