Problem on Grand Resetting

guys i reached 100 resets now on my DL
but when i go to grand reset it says :
FAILURE
This character does not belong to you or you got special letters on it.

Solution: Try to change your character name and make sure it does not include special letters.
My DL name is aDoTz
