Hi, My Friend has no idea of the forum, so I'm telling you this problem.
When we donated $ 25 (Uber Berserker + DDR+7) we mentioned the Acct name incorrectly.
I think Mr. RESISTANT knows this. It can help us with this.

we need a character name...

problem is this kind of issues should be resolved on PM or mail because there are confidential informations... emails, account names, real names and etc.
so i insist you use email or PM Resistant directly and not on public.
or you can use Bug report section, at least it's more private.

If it's about the case with federelino because you don't note and IGN's then problem is scheduled for fix until he is logged off and place the items in vault. :)
