problem with client

good day. I have a problem about my client. when I try to open MU, I cant click the server. I dont know if my keyboard or my mouse is the problem but they seem to work fine with other apps. only in MU. I dont have any other running apps. I updated my client. and I noticed i need to press enter with left mouse key so i can click the servers. This problem started last week but everything was working fine before this.


P.S. I tried it with InsaniaMU and it works fine. Only in IMU doesn't work. I tried reinstalling but problem is still there.

Do you have team viewer?
 
Does it kill you to move your hand? As long it works are you fine.
 
CLAUDINE, i get this problem only when my adobe programs are opened such as Adobe Photoshop CS3/CS5. Try closing most applications you don't use while play and see which one causes this problem to appear.
 
Try to close such programs that aren't needed. or if doesn't work, you can try to re-download the client. delete the old one and install another one. I encountered this before, i tried to re-install my client then it works for me.

I have re installed, uninstalled other programs from my pc and didnt work. My last option is to reformat my pc but im still trying to find a solution.
 
this problem coming when u got a slow internet , i have some problem when using wifi.
could be some folders is missed too

it happens to me if i have wtfast opened and the server of wtfast is experiencing some problem, once i close wtfast it works fine. The solution i see is a player offerred to assist you via teamviewer, you should give it a try

I don't use wtfast and I tried it in InsaniaMU and it works fine. Only in Infinity.

I haven't yet. Ima try that next. He advised me to uninstall any photoshop program but I don't have such programs installed on my pc. Gonna contact him soon.
 
It would be helpful to take some screenshots of your windows/mac taskmanager (press alt+ctrl+del) so we can make sure there is no proccess running that affects your client.
