Problem with the client

When I open up the client. This one shows up.

I already click on the windows mode with the 800x600 resolution but still the same. Also I turned off the firewall same problem appears everytime I open the client.

By the way I am using a laptop. Please help me guys.

Here follow this open your client don't press the connect button , click the option button and choose what size of screen you want if it's full screen or just 800x600 size. But the 800x600 size doesn't work try the others maybe it will works..

This looks more like your screen resolution is way to low.
What's your maximum screen resolution?
