Problem with webshop and deposit.

Hello. Yesterday when I got my first Grand Reset I was in the Webshop to buy Gold Fennir. I found Gold Fennir in the webshop and click buy and... I lost 2999 pointsa but i don't have Gold Fennir in my Deposit.

your vault must be closed in order to receive your item! i suggest to log out when you buy something,many things can happen b'cuz of lag

Logged in or Logged out,doesn't matter,if the vault is not opened while in game,the item will still get inside the vault because it's refreshing automatically.

Item refounded,closed.
