About lags,This maybe due to you internet connection. This happens to me when my ISP messed up.
Try to use Ccleaner and anti lag when you play this might help.

Provide account name of which the item was lost. and if isn't bought from webshop Staff cannot refund your loss.

3. For your problems with SMS system, in venezuela, we have problems with Movilnet (I guess that is the principal problem)
