Looks like you're using Windows 10, same as mine and I just downloaded the game and it works perfectly fine. The error message looks like you're missing a certain file. Try restarting your pc then make sure no other app is running as you re-install the game. Other apps may be in conflict with the client.

Can you try to reinstall the game once more but try to disable your antivirus prog while installing the game, then update via AutoUpdate (Run as Administrator) and post again if it's not working?
