proof of purchase in webshop

i suggest make receipt @ serial or log detail (sent email to user) after buy item in webshop.

Anyways you couldn't trace them, so it wouldn't help you with searching the item.

we pay in money.. so need proof what we buy in webshop.. give some log @ history in email. is very important. sometime not remember what we buy in webshop, becoz buy in long time ago..

Some of the users just by their fault reseting their inventories and then say that their sets missing. We will stop to refund even purchased items from webshop sooner or later. This refuding of items is against our rules and policy.
