RESET Inventory bug

I just used the "RESET Inventory", I thought that the meaning of "Inventory" is the Items inside the "Inventory", not the clothes.
I was surprised when I entered the game, all my clothing was gone, I was left with 500 million ZEN and everything just went away, obviously not wanting to do it. After all I've done lots of things for the set I had, cape ,rings etc'.
That happend before an 10 minutes.
That's unfair and hope you will understand and help me, I really like your MU and as you will see 40 resets in few days.

WARNING
By using this function your whole inventory including equipment and personal shop will be reseted and all items that is placed in it will be lost.

You should read the warning before reset your inventory. I think nobody can help you with this case.

Well I think I'll wait for a mod thanks for opinion but im sure there is one guy that happy I am playing his MU server and he would help me about it..

I dont think they gonna help you, Coz it's a Human Error.
Its not also a bug. Warnings are present when you had your Reset so its not Game Error.

There was a warning with big font & letters. However your set can be refunded if you bought it from our webshop.

Still have not bought anything from the site but I really want to continue the game. And maybe even buy from shop.
but it can not be possibly that I use RESET Inventory and I get erased all the things as reward.. I just wanted to clear my inventory from few noobish things. who would be that dumb to clear his perfect items that have been WORKING days on them??
So please tell me which side will be judged in the mu court?
