Reset Problem

I tried to reset my SM char so I can continue making resets and have a grand reset but when I Click the Reset Button on the Site this message box appear:

Anyone knows how to fix this?

Damn I see that error for first time but I have some guides and here are they.

• Trying with other browsers.
• Clear your history and try again.
• Check your browser with your AntiVirus or other program like that.

Write what happen and if can with more information .

just click ok and if it appears again press ok again, until it doesnt pops out.

Seems like some kind of database problems, possibly on the server's side (so the problem isn't with your account).
I would suggest you to inform the administrators asap by sending an email message with this screenshot, and details how/when this error pop-up appeared for you. The address to send is: support@infinitymu.net

This should be some temporary issue. I just reseted my character without problems. If problem still persist for your character let me know the name of your character.
