Forum Update [RULES UPDATE] Top Lucky Voters Event

Hello there everyone.
This thread is just to let you know that 1 rule was added to the Top Lucky Voters Event and probably everyone skipped the reading of the Event Thread.

●Please make sure to add your IGN at least in 1 of the entries

This is due some players not having their char name on their profile updated or even posted.
Such rule will help us add your rewards faster.
