Greeting,

1st of all, I'm not a staff but my opinion is
what if Admin will give a small salary from our staff, like in real life, so that staff have a small income to exchange their job here in our community which is Vencii owner

I'm not talking about Real Money
I'm talking about salary in credits

EQ:

HGM = **** how many credits he / she get in 15 days or may be month,

Lead Moderator = **** how many credits he / she get in 15 days or may be month,

Etc,

I care about the staffs coz they do their job well some of them O-O,
andI hope their job = SALARY which is credits

-.- good idea but i think gm dont need credits at all.....

about the staff like mods and tmod/tgm..maybe they need it...but i think those who apply and approve i think they are rich -.-
 
So they work for nothing?
perhaps they're good they volunteer their self
to serve this community! but perfect if admin will give them salary!
 
i think credits are useless....for there hard work.....maybe salary like real money...is good for there hard working staff...
 
this is a good suggestion and its in the same time a bad one, why good? because ur thinking for our staffs,
why bad? because when i was GM even staff, i made my job for free cuz i love this, its not an obligation for make it, i mean, resi has a lot of work in here with us taking care of us, so why does he needs more works giving us credits every week, or Month?, thats my point i mean, if ure staff u will understand whats this game for you, even if ure a player u know that this is the game ever for sure if u love it, Well, im not saying No, or even Yes, im just giving my opinion wich is good or bad :grin:

This is game, and we all must enjoy our job.
And all of them do their job good.

if i want Credits i will simply vote for the Server :)
i don't need payment xD I'm doing my job because i love it (and other Staffs) :P
also people will only try to apply just to get those Credits

so I'm disagree :P
 
i want to be payed with 1 ZEN per month.. i don't care.....

hahahaha... lol i never was payed in 8 years... i applied for this job because i like what im doing... and because i can share with the others my experience... :)
here isn't all about money..is about fun...that's why is a game... ehh....

HOWEVER my zen plx....
 
We are here because it's a hobobie or it just make us fun,
maybe some because it's a serious work for them.
However, ..
Venci pay already the server for you to play!
I don't need a paymend, this suggestion makes
no sense in my mind.
 
iagreee why? becouse GMs needs credits to get items and do their events. so if they get credits there will be more Events and the Server will be more Happy .D

I LIKE YOUR OPINION because Our staff do here job
if have a salary for the staff hmm i think we have event every day or every hour

We have in our GM account, some credits for events..more than300k.

well.. i dunno what i can say..
I want a pay..what kind of pay?: Some kisses from smexy girls, like StorMy!
 
Well, I think I don't have anymore to say..
my fellow staffs said it all..
we don't need a salary or any payments :p
we're here because we love our job.

all we want is to make the players happy and enjoy the game.
 
LOL. How about you donate everyday and then he will pay them?

i don't need another one... im satisfied with 1 xD.....

ehh... no ...staff members are awesome...
true some of them are pervs...but.... we love them right?... and with this... i said all xD
