SD potions not on hotbar

Even though I have SD potions in my inventory, they don't appear under Q or any other button and I can't use them quickly like health potions. I watch PK videos on YT and people have those potions under Q, so why it doesn't work for me?

Press ctrl + key (qwe) you want them on.

as my friend here says, Press ctrl + key (qwe) you want them on..

btw, when u relog SD potions will restart from 255 to 1 only, don't know why, it's just like that.

press "V" or "I" then put your mouse on the potion then hold ctrl and press "Q" "W" "E"
