Well, you can't do anything, save your data soon as possible :)
Or go to a pc repair center and tell them to repair errors on your hard drive, is cheaper this way.

So , I guess theres no way to fix my PC without reformatting the OS.

Bro you can't fix with any reformatting or change os your disk have errors damn i knew that program they used in pc repair center but i forgot.
Google it with that error you have maybe you can dig something :)
 
Are you using windows vista ?

Check your memory , vista includes a memory test program when you`re booting the system from DVD , hope you have one :D
Another thing could be the temperature... so you should check your cpu temperature in BIOS or with some specific software programs , and if that's a problem , then fix the thermal problems.

No man , Im using Windows XP
 
This problem come from your PC.

Check your RAM, it could not reliable or crashed.
