My START Menu and Everything in Desktop Dissapeared!

When i open my PC just the wallpaper appears...alt ctrl dlt doesn't work....i open firefox from a programm that opens everytime i open my PC and i click buy full version then firefox appears...everything is missing...Windows Start button on keyboard doesn't work...and right click doesn't work on desktop too....please help me

So i can't play infinity or do anything else i just open firefox
 
I think the same :) its a virus 99%

if u can, do this :

run malwarebytes at full scan

superantispyware full scan

hitmanpro scan also

and at last antivirus scan

To me it appears that you know what I did?
bring it to a computer technician and I especially the formatting and then did not fix it but in 4 hours but it appeared to me alo better your firefox has a virus Scans your anti-virus ..

Well if non of the above works just go to taskmanager>processes>New Task>explorer.exe
and tell me the results + the results from the scans if any!

NO offence but are you noob?

Only the most lowest computer guys say that format helps in everything,there is always another way,formating should be left for the last of EVERYTHING lol.

To Sauro,he can't open Task Manager cuz the virus has blocked it.

Ok,do this.

Restart your computer,after BIOS POST,press F8 repeadetly,until Windows choices appear.
Choose Safe mode with Networking. It'll boot up, go under your account at start,cuz your account might have the virus,make a new account right away. Under new account,go to internet and connect here:
www.eset.com/online-scanner
Make the scan and tell us the results here,dun remember if that scanner removes too,but we'll see.

Anyway i folloewd the noobs option xD and i formatted my PC...(I'm happy cause i do it myself technicians need 50E for format)

I Also started in safe mode and made a rollback everything was fine but it happened again so i decided to make the format
 
So the problem is fixed now?
