Status Points gone

hi everyone.

i was leveling my character " [#]bOykiyO " whose current reset is 36
and i have a hard time adding stats because of the character name
i can't add it directly here

it says invalid character so i added it manually on game using /addstr, /addvit, etc..
but before i added it on game i accidentaly clicked reset stats without reading the message that popped-out then booom! my stats points are gone.. how can i get those stat points back??

and i already changed my name to " bOykiyO " to easily add my stats on InfinityMU Website.

Hello bOykiyO , you can send a PM to our admin about your problem on your stats. You can send it on support@infinitymu.net also with the SS and your in game name. And tell everything what happens why did your stats are gone and etc..

Resi will help you on your problem be patient my friend.

Hello bOykiyO your name has a symbol like this # the symbol may can't see you char name. I use that symbol once then I couldn't see my char name too. Try to change your name without using that symbol.

that's not my problem sir script.. although i already changed my name to bOykiyO. i attached a link for the SS..
my problem now is about my character's (bOykiyO) STATUS POINTS that disappeared.

Stats can't disappear unless you reset stats from website.
