[Suggestion] Disable Delete Function In event Section

.. I think we should delete this function in event section because so many cheaters got deleted post , just to have some good items .

FOR DOUBLE POST i Think Forum Moderators will be the one to Delete it , and if there is some SPAM , Moderators also can do some actions on it .

We must not tolerate this things UP

but in EVENT SECTION its not
