[Suggestion] Exclude Budge Dragon Disguise ring

My suggestion is to exclude Budge Dragon Disguise ring on 3th server (may be and on 4th) esspecialy in stadium
bcz some kids put this skin and stay Afk , this make lags when die...

P.S.
Im with last antilag path and this make me LAG...
im very mad xD
