[suggestion] forum skin

As I can notice, the usergroups have cool colors and effects and it would be better to change the forum skin to a darker one. black or navy blue.

Why?

All usergroup color will be more appreciated and all light colors will be clearly seen.

PS use ambient for the darker one

16. Font in posts. Using light fonts in your post is forbidden! We have light style and dark style and we must respect both of them!
