I suggest to add this rule...

players who add files at Game Skins , Hardware - Software , Resources

to add virus scan , here are some sites where we cann scann files :

Hardware-Software / Resources:
it's not necessary,some people that post programs such as keygen,cracks and etc. in order to get full version of some program so a lot of Anti-Viruses detect them as a Virus when when they actually 100% clean(false positive)

Game Skins:
i think it's good to add Virus scan there,Game Skins are MU Files which are 100% clean,so if Virus detected then probably it's really infected

For me, it's not necessary lol, you have to download the skins at your own risk, so better, if you download, scan them first. Do it yourself lol It's how many clicks? 4? XD
