[Suggestion] Guild Halls

I don't know how many times its suggested, but since there's no response, i suggest again to clean the "dead" guild halls... as the rules say :XD:

This is a really reasonable suggestion... I would love to clean them up :ka boom: ... I agree because this way we will get one step closer of getting the forum to its true potential!
