hope this server has a Own Personal I.D, not only 1111111111...

that is what we called Master Key (10 DIGITS) hope will be granted.. it locks ur account.. and to prevent ur account to be get Hack Delete items With Ubers.. and to prevent Hacked.. because u not be hacked if u got ur MSTER KEY...

Many people will just forget their Personal ID and ask help to our admin which adds work to our admin. but idk

Well, this is like the lock code for vaults. RESiSTANT once said that the lock code function for vault was disable a long time ago due to majority of players will just forget the code for it and it's a big hassle for them and for the admin. Basically, your suggestion is the same with that. Just protect your account at all times. Whenever you play at a cafe, remember to change password immediately to another computer that is not in the cafe. Never give your account information to anyone because your account = your responsibility. One just cannot simply be hacked if he/she just plays it safe, to be honest.

I think, even you have a lock code in vault you and you forgot you still can open it by your password of your account.

nope klark... you must used ur EMAIL ADDRESS to open ur MASTER KEY, MASTER KEY is very important, HOLD ur WHOLE ACCOUNT

By the way, I just want to clarify something in your statement in the first post. "hope this server has a Own Personal I.D, not only 1111111111..." this is what you type whenever you delete a guild or a character, right? Actually you can put any number there and you can even put nothing at all. It's function for now is like a final verification on what you are doing. Your whole account can be "hold" like what you said if you just fully protect it and just think forward. Anyway, you can wait for the admin to reply here. Just giving my opinions

You've been staying here for long now and you probably know our players. That key will be a hassle for staffs. I mean there will be a lot of crying in forums. Also there are rules that you must not share your accounts. That way you really wont be hacked. Just remember to change your password after playing in the cafe (of course in a safer place) and protect your own PC. Don't download unnecessary things to avoid being keylogged.
