I want to suggest that if it is ok we have a postion for localized moderator
localized moderator will be moderate on the localized forum
only 1 localized moderator only can moderate 1 localized forum section

Btw questions can i make a proposal for new sets ?

all admins/mods know the language's or else they have translators
and there for its not necessary for making localized moderators..
