cuz i think its unfair....yeah maybe rules are rules but for me its quite a bad idea of banning permanent instead 30days is enought

It's not unfair,

If they don't want to be banned permanently, then they should follow the rules.
And if it's only 30 days banned, they will not afraid on violating the rules
and keep on using hacks, because they know that they will be unbaned after 30 days. >.>
