Howdy, Admins,HGMs and GMs and not so-gms 
afaik we have this new rank called Event Master

afaik EM (event master) do host events and help players. It is like test game master thingy but with a twist
since they have edited access they must have at least edited access such as the ff:
1. General Chat or GM post Message
2. Access on credit points to buy prizes etc.
3. Invisibility, teleport and lots of things.
afaik EMs are from diff countries with different GMTs most likely they will have a general duty schedule posted in their dedicated hall
to avoid conflict of duty and server where to duty. if there is no sched i would like to suggest that they must have schedules and it must be in the following format
Name Time (based on availability and server time) Server
Iceman 6:00AM/10:00AM/12NN Server 3
Prada 2:00PM/4:00PM/10:00PM Server 4
Ravenant 11:00PM/2:00AM/4:00AM Server 1
(another EM) 8:00AM/11:00AM/3:00PM Server 2
*justification: schedules SHOULD BE ESTABLISHED TO prevents saturation of duty time and events in a single server. events must be seen widely spreadout to all servers at all GMTs so that all players will enjoy.
I would like also to suggest that their designated accounts must be top-up with certain amount of credits needed for item prizes
given that their account should be top-up with creds in every event they conducted they must post in their event thread respectively which can be found here: http://forum.infinitymu.net/forumdisplay.php?287-GM-Event-Logs
format for posting must be like this:
♦ Type of the Event:
♦ Time
♦ Prize:
♦ Server:
♦ Winner of the Event:
♦ Event Screenshot/proof:
*justification: Proof/Screenshot should be included since their respective accounts will be top up with credits for easy counter checking if the creds is spent wisely/no corruption etc.
further, i would also like to suggest that all EMs will conduct 1 big event per week(exclusive from them only)
they must also help monitoring during CS time or hosting events before CS or any big events.
PS:
they can also work in tandem for duty like
CRANZY + Iceman to host events in their respective GMTs. (however, purely depends on their preference)
because as what i have observe some GMs had this trouble hosting events without assistance like for example PK events. BK DL SM ELF ETC. its difficult to control lots of players without assitance
Schedules of GM duties (must also at least co incide with the EMs Duty schedule however can be overridden if any of the EMs or GMs exert extra time for duty.
I would also like to suggest to conduct a poll to the community what events they like most.

H&S
BK PK
DL PK
SM PK
ELF PK
KILL THE EMs Event
EMs must also be responsible to create their unique events with their own mechanics etc.
EMs must also entertain questions even of all players.
