[Suggestion] Staff application

To anyone who will read this I would like to forward two suggestions.

1. In the Staff Applications can it be that only the GM's/ADMIN's can post in this side of the forum.

2. That everyone who make his/her post can either open or close it with the consent of any GM (so there wil be SPAMMINGS)
