Hi all! So i wanna suggestion something about supporter group. I wanna suggestion to Supporters can Write here: Missing Item reports , Bug reports . Why? Because Supporters work is to help players, and maybe if GM no on, and someone post here an lost item, we can help they faster Example: Is This bought from our webshop? what's your account name? etc . not just in Hack Reports. So Thats why i wanna suggestion this. I hope this is will get approved, i think this is a nice suggestion. Thank you !

I think its a nice idea. But I think It should be limited only in that way(posting). Not something else like closing or moving or whatever.(Because you will gonna be a MOD already to do that) :thumbsup:

i agree.. cos sometimes when i saw any report or any other post about something and this time i have good thought for help, i can't do anything to help staff or normal players... so let's do it :)

What is the pointless? We are supporters, for helping players, and now nothing hack works and we can't help about hacks or not.
 
I agree with FULLPK!
If you want to do that become part of the Staff! I mean there is very good possibility that some of the support team will screw things up by trying to help! So what I would suggest is Do a good job as a Supporter and Prove yourself worthy of becoming full pledged staff member!
Or Who knows RESi might decide to make an additional Usergroup (E.G Section Mod or smth)

Do you really want to help or you're just trying to win something if this suggestion is approved? For me you're just needing more power, i'm still thinking it's pointless, we are more than 15 members that can reply in those reports, i'm always asking for their accounts in case they don't post it and other things that are in missing items rules or bug reports rules.
 
Well,even if there is 500 yes,if me or resi say "NO" it's no,and as Mauricio said,it seems you just seek for more power,as i said,you don't have the access to know if someone is lying or not,or to fix the bugs if there is any,so no point in having supporters do this stuff,except if that's what you wanted since the start,access to do things.
 
i agree with fullpk, madhater, sauroman, and all those who say no, you would ask why, then madhater just tell you.
