Suggestions in Guilds

1st ) Why guild's names must be at 8 letters ? it would be kinda better and more easy to get a good name if its more...
My suggestion about that is 10 letters to guild's name...
2nd ) An alliance can take more guilds than 5...
3rd ) BMs/ELFs/SMs can take more members in their guilds...

1&2 -> Webzen says no + it will cause errors i think.
3 -> Only DL's can,or if DL is AGM and the members join from DL by typing /guild on him.
I agree with 3rd -> so if DL is AGM then can take 80 membs.

because, we have to change the webzen database and files..and we cant do it
