hellow infinitians I have a problem with the game, when I enter the mu appears to me that window option, connect, cancel, click on connect and I only appears that small window with that dark knight after would need to defend my game when loading and It did not appear, could be the video card? something that makes my figures .. anyone can help me?
 
Can you Screen shot the problem so that we can see your problem sir? Otherwise Try to finish your update first before you connect in game.
 
any kind of screenshot, error codes, is handy. so we can check this case better for you. and give you the best support you needed. thank you.

Definitely it's about graphics card.

About your video, download the latest patch and paste it, then try, if the problem persist, just keep trying open the game from your InfinityMU folder clicking on " main" it might help.
 
what kind of patch to take, can you help me with a link? I do not really in the IT, or what kind of patch it take? and enter only main?

Hello there! Run AutoUpdate.exe from your InfinityMU folder with anti-virus and firewall disabled.

Also, try this one.
