Hello friends,

Today I'd like to apply for Test Game Master.


Information about myself:


Name: Vicente Peña
Gender: Male.
Age: 17.
Location: Venezuela.
Time zone: GMT -4:30.
Languages: Spanish, English and some Portuguese.

Why do I think I'm eligible for being a Test Game Master?


• There will be a new and good events from me, not just PvP also special events like Super Hidden's, or Super Racers, etc. To surprise everyone and encourage our beloved players to participate and enjoy it. I'm talking about Game & Forums.

• I will be always active, checking reports (Yes maybe i don't have that knowledge & experience being GM, but i know my team mates and you can teach me very well, right?). Helping our players much as i can being Game Master, Trading assistances, etc.

• Also maybe you noticed while i was MOD, but i'm that kind of person which think 2 times before do something, specially if it's a bout my job. Being fair & equal with everyone.


Experience as a GM?

Yes, actually i do have experience being Game Master cause i'm Game Master in our sister server InfinityMu 100x Edition, i can't say i'm the best one but i do much as i can.


How many time can I spend in-game and in forum?


I can spend 3-4 hours, maybe a bit more because i'm Game Master in 100x as well and i need to administrate my time to do a good job in both servers (If i get approved ofc).



Something Moore:

Maybe some of you don't see me that "Active", it's because i'm not replying in every post i see. I just reply in Question / Support section when is needed, overall i log about 1-2 hours ingame with my normal char and you can find me always in forums.

Based on your experience are you an enrichment for the staff team, so incidentally are you
able to teach these people and support them, forum related.

I know you already of my long term staff time and it's always nice to see old people coming back.

So you want to rush as GM now? It doesn't matter which things happend at the past, it's the past. I'd give you a try.

Let me summarize what I feel instead of writing my usual 3 paragraph minimum explanation :smile:

PROS:

-Mostly Everybody knows you,
-you have been a staff member a bazillion times in both 100X and 999999X,
-you have even tried helping/supporting insania
-Even when your country was in chaos you still take your time to come online and support/help the server in any little way that you can.
-Humility

CONS:
-PERVERT!!

In conclusion, I think you should be given a shot as a Test Game Master,,,,
besides,,,IF you fail the test period they can always just demote you

but then again, these words are just my opinion , I have no credentials to empower your application.

Why did you resigned from Moderator team ? and came back after 2 months(active maybe 4 hours/week. most of them spamm) you think that if your "friends" will say yes to your apply you can get TGM Tag ? I think you are imature and iresponsable to handle this position.

well, but anyway, im sure you deserve this position more than any other candidate. You proved your capability of being gm in 100x and you got my trust. If i would be still HGM i'd give you a chance with one condition, try to not leave staff team so fast.

Usually i don't reply such commends, but now i had to.


-Why did i resigned from Moderator Team?

Cause if you didn't noticed i were kinda inactive for almost 3 weeks, and i was going to ask 2 weeks more (Ex-Staffers & Currently ones knows the reasons). Would you like to see an inactive moderator? i don't.

-Come back after 2 months?

I did never leaved i have been always here logging and checking forums, i'm just not replying everywhere.

-Active Maybe 4 Hours?

Yeah i just can expend that time here, cause i'm GM in 100x as well and i do have a work, girlfriend, and a real life.

Asking my friends to reply in my application?

Seems you don't know me at all valy, i'm not that kind of person asking others to reply here. If someone thinks i'm good for the job and enough useful they'll reply here for sure, with positives and negative replys. Because thats what friendship means, be honest doesn't matter what :).

-Immature and irresponsible?

Well i do my best to control myself, maybe sometimes i can lose the control a bit, but i do the best to don't :).

Hey man! i know your old player here ( Staff team ) and your my friend my friend always gets my support but now you just came back here and apply for TGM position dont rush things vecente it needs time ok ?.

before i saw you promoted as a staff member, you were very dedicated to the server when you were still a supporter. Active and helpful. But what i saw what the x-staffs had to say about you (no need to get mad, i just comment based on the previous posters comments on you since i wasn't here when you were still on the staff team)it is very unprofessional. But still you have proven yourself worthy to this position. It's very rare to find such people with such attitude. I'll say neutral on this one. I don't want to chose sides. What you do in the past has reflected on what you are today, what your choices now is what you'll get in the future, so do your best. :))
 
Hello Wrah :) I've seen people are Supporting your apply & Maybe they Would be Glad to see you as a Game Master.

I believe he has the Knowledge Of being a Game Master , While he is GM on 100 x so YES For me Good Luck.

i really feel sorry for you sometimes , u always resign after u get ur position 1-2 weeks later
u resigned from moderator cuz of excuse "helping your father" but after 2 days u were here in forum spamming in chatbox
u didnt want mod from the start didnt you? u just accepted it to change nick's opnion about you , and then u'll reapply for gm ? isn't that your whole plan ? ^^

i got nothin to say except no , there's quite enough GMs around and they're doing a pretty good job .
stick with 100x they need u more .

well, for me you have the capacity to be a good gm so why don't we give it a try? If you can pass the test then you deserve it, if not then you don't deserve it. :D

I really can't get is it trick or something dirty action ? To demote from team for join another one.?
It has been repeated always and still continues.

For me it will be cool if you/someone would apply for TGM(or some another appli for staff) even in Mod position.
It could be fabulous no ?
Anyway you created this application for help.(Hope not for powah abuse as in old times you did ).

It is not about to be old player, it is about how you'd been remembered and how you acted in old days.

Next time follow the Azoz's advice and you will be surprized ;).
And some Advice from me please - Just Be who you want to be not what others want to see.

i don't have any reason to say NO... you got my YES!

Let's be serious guys.. lol ... if i wanted to apply again for a position... half of this server would say yes.. why? because i;ve been a staff member for long time and they knows me very well.. they know that i respect them and ofc trying to help around... how much i can... i think Wrath is doing the same thing.. here isn't about friends or enemies... here is about if he is good or not....

You are an old member.. you never left us ... like always there have to be people that doesn't likes us.. we have to accept their opinion...As a staff member sometimes you have to deal with some issues ... you have to know how can you handle them ... and ofc we are humans ... we can get angry, happy ... or without any mood... we got bad days or good ones... but here are people that deserve to stay here and be a staff member... sometimes it counts.
If he can handle this job it takes time to prove it... you can't say a NO only 'couse he is in other part a GM or however... TIME IS A VIRTUE :)!...

I know you're experienced enough to be a part of the staff anyways as I see lot of players complain that you was on the staff team and then you left fast.

I won't say anything on this application our staff members will choice if you deserve a chance or no ;d
