I like playing InfinityMU, Basketball, Volleyball, Tennis, Badminton, and Soccer (I was once a goalkeeper on my team), etc. I like to cook vegetables/meat. Watching movies (Comedy, Action, Drama, Suspense and Horrors).

Experience:

I have no past experience yet on being as staff on any server. This would be my first time. Most of the time I'm on the forum watching what will be the work of a Moderator.
I want to be a Moderator because I want to step a whole new level of responsibility. I want to help the community by serving them my best. I know I can do it because I believe in me that I can. You may not as much as a religious as I am but God said "You can do it if you believe in yourself". I've a little experience on a vBulletin but I can improve that. If I have an opportunity I will help not only in the forum but also ingame.

This application will be open for the community for a three days period in order to post and share their opinions for the applicant, after the three days period the application will be locked and reviewed by the staff team and the higher ups as they post their thoughts.

Why does everyone wanna be part of Staff?

in case you are going to say you wanna help the community,etc, did you know that you don't need a Mod,GM Status or whatever to help ?

that's why there is leaders and followers, leaders knows they don't need any status to do anything, and usually when the time comes the staff itself ask them to join their team.

Followers are the ones that needs to make an application to get a status, who understand this, can be an Administrator anywhere and even get hired by a MMORPG company.

Also here should be Mod-Recrutations made by the administrator itself, and the GM's should be chosen directly from the Mod Team, instead of making normal users in to GM's directly.

It doesn't show your maturity, since you don't know how to accept every opinion. IF YOU WANT TO HELP EVERYONE, THEN YOU SHOULD BE PREPARED TO RECEIVE A LOT OF NEGATIVE OPINIONS, NOT ONLY POSSITIVE.

now not everyone here knows EFFY for sure....and even im close friend of EFFY in real life since highschool i am giving a good reason why EFFY should be part of the group.... for sure he always have time doing forum instead playing in the game...he also help players...but please dont be selfish enough that EFFY should let YOU FEEL how he help the community of course do your part as infinitian search his threads... and even you can see it he has been in top forum poster but NVM we are talking about dedication towards the community within the forum and he has lot of experience too.

Well, You got Activity award and it is good thing. This award took my attention and I started to check your Last activities. Most of them came from Philippines Location, Hello and Good Byes, and from some Pictures. EFFY, not even 20 days passed from your previous application. It made some doubts for me. Are you need this Tag just for position or you really want to help to the forumers with this tag? If you really want to help to the community, I don`t see that much helpful things from you with even Forum Hero Tag. Something is not enough, don`t you think? And this thing is, you are not helpful at all. Since we have enough moderators to moderate the forum, it is hard to be accepted to this job nowadays. If you want to be accepted, you have to work over the limits to take some attentions. To be honest, you didn`t took my attention with your helpfulness, neither staff team's. My vote is NO, since you are not fully ready for this job in my opinion.

As a part of the community and have been around here for quite sometime already, it is only fair that I give my thoughts. We even are in the same community.1 game, 1 forum, 1 staff team, 1 community. I therefore conclude, 1 love. Accept all these healthy criticism given by me and by the community because we all wanted to help each other right? A great philosopher once said "Man by nature is a sociable being". Thanks bud.

-I can see that you are trying to help but I really didn't feel your contributions here. Although you were posting in some sections, I think it is not enough.
-You applied before not a month has passed yet. Quite a bad look for an application.
-Tags are nothing IF you're going to wholeheartedly help everyone in the community. Tags are just signs of deservingness for they are given that tag for their contributions
-In my point of view, it would be better if you put more effort into your application bro. Effort is always a must.
-For people who stated that "look he has been in top forum poster blah blah bleh", post counts can be a factor in a good application but we all know that quality is a thousand times better than quantity.

As being a bro that really wants to help a bro, I would say no for this time. There's still something you lack and I think you can see that, right? Don't lose hope either. Really. You applied here again because you believe in yourself that you have the guts to do this hectic job and your willingness to help beyond normal ranked user can do. It is very evident that you have been aiming to be part of the moderators' team.
However, no one gave you the chance.

I'd like to be very honest in expressing my thoughts regarding you and your application. It is an undeniable fact that most of your threads are not helpful. Truth be told, majority of them are only basic questions. I haven't seen a single guide from you. Not even a single approved suggestion. Plus, your application never changed since 2011. Furthermore, you seem to have ignored Raul's tip.

Little tip for you, keep helping, be active and apply again if you're ready (Not in 2 weeks)

On the other side of the ship, I can enumerate some good qualities that you have.
Personally, I can say that you are very friendly.

As a member of the community I just want to share my personal opinion regarding your application EFFY.

Its is true that you have a 100% activity level and not all infinitian gets to earn the overdrive award. I've seen a lot of post coming from you, some are helpful and some are spams maybe because you spend so much time here and just feel like posting anything coz of being bored, I just wished that the time you spend here rather than doing anything, spend it wisely make guides, suggestion and make the extra effort to help. You are a forum hero that is one thing, you helped the community through that and I guess everyone is thankful for that, in which I am pretty sure everyone would agree on that. It is true they say that you can help without tags as I always see the comment in every application but also your service for the community will be limited to given authority only. You were inactive for quite sometime and if ever this application would be granted or denied I hope you dont get to lose hope and leave the community again, instead use it as a motivation and also please do give more time before you make another app. You know what they say, patience is a virtue. I am neutral to this app as I believe staffs do know if you are qualified for the position. Good luck buddy.

I'll be honest few days/weeks ago you apply for the same position but you got denied cause you are lack of activity + unknown to our new community let's say you are an old player here but our community change cause of new comers, Now your activity rate is not bad, but most of them are Spams which is not helpful. I do notice this our LMOD told you to "Be more active and helpful and if you are ready apply again" and you made now an application it's almost 3 weeks since your last application denied. Do you think in that almost 3 weeks you are eligible to MOD position? I saw you helping our staff team to Hack Reports cause you got access there but your post about Hacks is too far from reality. I don't see any helpful guides,suggestion from you most of them are Spams, I don't know if you are going to be accepted as a "Staff Team" I won't say YES/NO.

In my opinion, being an experienced Infinitian, noting that you have tried to get in quite some time, you have the motivation. But if you got denied before, I think there was a reason behind that.

But, do note your activity, it's good, you've earned the supporter tag, which means you've done good, your application isn't bad, I liked the part where you noted God, I'm not religious myself, but that was just proper.

All I'm saying, is big thumbs up to you, and I hope you get your testing period. That's the only way to see, that are you really eligble for it or not.

-You applied as Moderator 3 weeks ago, don't you think it's little bit early. I told you not to apply after 2 weeks, don't be that desperate you can help players without the tag as well
-You had troubles in your real life(your child) you should take care of her instead of moderating the forum
-Try to help more, most of your activity comes from useless posts.
