I dont have but i'm a quick learner.Before when i was a gfx team leader i can only moderate staff application section and designer lounge section.

6. Why do you want to become a moderator?
I want to be test-MOD because I spend a lot of time per day on the forum and I have nothing to do right now. So I have enough time to help the community.

7. What strengths do you posses that will help you fulfill you job?
I think one of my biggest strengths is that I can spend a lot of time on the forum which will allow me to concentrate on helping the community. Also whenever im online there aren't many moderators available to get help from so I think I would be the right person for the place as I would most of the time spend online which would allow other users to ask me for help. This would increase the efficiency of the help given. Another strength is that I am fluent in three languages. I can speak and write in English, Tagalog and German so this would be great opportunity for the forum and users to open our to wider public. I know everything about the game which is also helpful in doing this work. Another good point about me is conscientiousness and accuracy which is needed to complete the tasks.

8. Why should we choose you over other candidates?
As I mentioned before the reason for chosing me might be my origin country. We have on the forum English, Tagalog(filipino) and German section but we don't have moderator which would be fluent in English, Tagalog and German.I think that would a good idea to pick me so I could take care of them members.

9. Anything else we should know?
I think all you need to know I wrote above. I try to get that position for a long time and I hope that eventually I will succeed.

- I resign from my GFX Team Leader position since i reformat my PC due to lots of virus.I set my PC to deep freeze in which i cannot save some gfx stuffs/resources needed in doing gfx tags.I won't resign from my old position which is GFX Leader, if my PC has not been broken, cause i really love my job and now all i can do is open an internet using my laptop.I can moderate, cause only internet connection is needed for this position.I'm willing to serve once again my home server by being a moderator.Hope you will give me a chance and i promise " I WON'T LET YOU DOWN ".

By the way neme, i'm not lying to you about my uncle's death.I'm on his house right now and i'm only using my laptop connecting wifi.I'm visiting his funeral right now sir.

I'd say no.. Why you asked to move to denied your last apply? Also you aren't helpful to players. And we got enough moderators that's all..

You come on msn telling me your uncle died and that you'll be away for 1 week at your uncle's house, i told you ok and gave you my condolence, then after few minutes, you come back, telling me you're at your uncle's house and you're using a laptop there and asking me about being a moderator in Insania Forum,but i rejected it because we already have enough there.

• Q: What do i see after all things you've said?
• A: You're still here,you've got plenty of time to be online many hours and you don't look sad at all.

The next day you're coming again and messaging me, then you're telling me that your leave (the 1 week) means your resignations because your PC broke and you put it to freez or what ever, and you can't save or do other resources, i said ok and demoted you to infinity finest since i believed you lie, then few minutes later as well, you asked me if your Mod application here is rejected and i said yes, you answered ok and stopped talking, but after few minutes again you came back asking if you're considered a legend, i didn't bother answering since it was too obvious, so i ignored it, and the next day you came asking me again about legend, and after i said no because i think you lied, you said this time that you reformat your PC.

• Q: What do i see after all this as well?
  
• A: A big lie, you still have much time to be around, you said you would be for a week at your uncle's but still you managed to reformat your PC from your uncle's house.

I realised that this is all an act for you to resign from the GFX team, because everyone in your previous application said "you're a gfxer , you just became one so stay gfx and forget mod for now, maybe in the future" so you say "let's get rid of this title so i can become moderator.".
