I'm gonna test the Anti-lag which RESi provided us with here.
Norton thought it was a virus on it, hence I'm posting. I might lose my account. If not I'll do a review. ;p

Edit: Tried it out, not much difference on the performance, but we were like 20 people in the arena aswell. The computer I'm currently on cannot handle more than 7 people anyway. ;p
So for now it's inconclusive.
Also I'm still in risk for losing my account. Just to give a heads up for everyone.

Do you have any idea of how can 3D models and textures steal your password?

No idea mate. Norton believes they can. ;) I doubt it myself, hence I tested.
Okay, concluding, Norton is paranoid, the patch is safe unless it has executables or scripts. And it doesn't. At least it's praiseworthy that you checked what you download, unlike others.

I have tested and used it. Newer generation norton anitivirus are harsher when it comes to file quarantine. I tried to play it on my new laptop (windows 7, intel i7) and it wouldn't work.

But i believe that a bunch of BMD files would not steal your password, especially not when it is posted by resist. Why would he want your password?

CosmoZ, that wasn't really my point of this thread.. ;p
I just simply tested it out, how much the framerate would improve and so forth.
Gonna do a second test on a different computer next time. In a bout a week or something.

I know, I was mainly addressing your other issue regarding the norton anti-virus. :)
