Aaron, before you create this application you have to prove yourself to everyone specially to Staff Team. Friends can give you YES, it is OK. But not everyone thinking that you are Helpful enough. For to apply this job you have to be 100% eligible for Test period. But for me, it is really fast for you for to apply. My word is, first try to work hard, then get this job. Else it will create a question in everyone's mind that, "This guy is applying just for Position". And once again, GM job is not only about hosting events. You can be creative, but if you haven`t got any experience about catching hackers, detecting hacks, it means you are not right person. I don`t specially point it to you, i just want you get my point.
