TGM Application

Again concern to my co-infinitians applying TGM "TEST GAME MASTER", From the Word TEST Since He/She applying as a TGM, why? GM's/Admin can test Him/Her. I saw many TGM application, Denied it Because He/She Don't have Knowledge about (HACKS). How He/She can have idea about it if He/She can't experienced Using with it/teaching Him/Her About it (HACK). I suggest just like in school, teach and test. Apply here, someone represent as a teacher to teach those applicants and then after few days or weeks then do the examination who cannot pass then FAILED/DENIED, at the same time the Teacher should Observe His / Her Applicants/Student who is the Fast learner to them, for Him/Her to know who deserves a promotion.

My opinion in your suggestion is it's also good if there is no teacher for that, because many players here are fast learner and I know lot of them can understand it. Why will they need to have a teacher if they can do it by herself/himself. Also we have this Truism-lt-Read-it-before-you-post. This is the main important before you apply for any staff position "Truism".

Yes! its good but you have to work on it as trial game master.That's why if you will applied as a TGM/GM you have enough knowledge about hacks and others, you will take the training mode to show what you got and if you passed it you can get the Game Master Tag

It would be an additional chore for the incumbent staff.
If you were an employer, would you hire and choose someone who still needs to be trained rather than someone who is already equipped?

As you can see, you can really differentiate a player who uses hacks or a player who does not use hacks. You can report players whom you think uses hacks. By reporting someone, staffs and supporters post their opinion on your reports. In that way you can learn about hacks and stuff. If you want to be a TGM well you should start at the bottom. Catch hackers, report them here. And when you have enough knowledge about hacks, you can try and apply as TGM. This is my opinion about the knowledge of hacks for a TGM.

if you use Hacks, you will know if the person is using hacks or not becuz you are using it too you'll know the difference between normal and a cheater.
and for those who are trying to apply for the GMteam dont say that you didnt cheated in your whole life.

Toby should be them Teacher, that's why he's our HGM,

btw, good suggestion, because as you said, it's only an application to be TEST game master, that's mean that the one who did the application will be in a test period and he/she will not be GM at all, for me TGM Shouldn't be denied, they should accept it and see if they've got capacity to handle the job, not deny them not even knowing them knowledge about the game/forum/hacks.

About fast learner yes we can all do that, BUT the point is He/She Applying for TEST GAME MASTER we can't call it a TGM if He/She denied BEFORE TESTED.

For me, we can learn about hacks through the ban section. We just have to review it and we also have a question section where we can ask our fellow infinitians or our staffs about these hacks to gain knowledge, because if we will accept this suggestion there would be lots of players that would apply for TGM and we know that all players can make events but some doesn't have knowledge about the hacks. This is only my opinion.

what happens if the GM Representing him or gonna be his teacher is his/her ingame bestfriend?
even in your trial period GM's still assist you in your TGM period so why need another GM to be representing if he/she
is just gonna copy what the other GM did when they hosted their events.

Seems you guys are underestimating the TGM rank, it comes with a whole lot of powers and responsibilities. If someone undeserving was hired they could cause HUGE amounts of mess if they had the wrong intentions OR if they didn't have the required knowledge to be a TGM. You must know about everything, hacks, bugs, what is considered insults, what is considered scamming, where will you get that knowledge? From reporting users, seeing the outcome of the reports, helping in the forums bug section, answering users questions. Experience & knowledge are very key aspects. Frankly you should be willing to gain experience and work hard for the position, the GM rank is a high rank and very important duties come with it anyone that's not willing to work hard, gain experience and help out in my eyes doesn't deserve to be a GM

Another thing you should consider, our test game master passing rate is very good, meaning most TGM's do a good job and are promoted to full GM's. Why is that? Because only people who worked really hard and who the staff deemed deserve it become the mentioned rank.

If anything you guys can suggest making lower requirements for Supporter rank but TGM, no I disagree completely because as you know to become a GM or TGM it helps tremendously to be a Supporter

Think about it like this. To become a game master you need all that I mentioned above (experience, knowledge, good personality, well-known throughout server, active, helping, loyal).

1. You can apply anytime for TGM given you meet what's required in "Truism".
2. If you meet the criteria you may be accepted into the team. Means your in the GM team now.
3. You must commit to a test to determine whether or not you are suitable to the team.

See above that the test is after you're accepted into the team.

Applying as a TGM is not very easy, you don't need a teacher to teach how to be a Game Master, if that so there is so many applicants here now.
You are applying to that job, like in real life you need to apply first before begin your training and if that application denied you have no chance to get their training because you got denied that means you didn't fit to that job.

Seems like you misunderstood the term TEST.
All I can say bro is that being a temporary desired position still has the minimum requirement.
Let's just say before applying such positions, there are many ways in having many knowledge and background with regards of hack systems, etc.
As a player you have that chances. For me that's the critical part applying TGM to become GM.

Let's assume also that TEST is like a part-time job application bro. You need first to have the minimum requirements before going so.

Let me add I saw mentions of teacher, I'm sure all us TGM's or GM's are willing to help anyone with questions regarding reports, helping the server, or any topic for that matter, anyone that requests me for help I always help even when I was a mod so you can ask away any questions you want.
