The Client doesn't connect

Well i know there are for sure already some threads
like this one, but im kindly lazy to check all 4353453454 reports.
So i hope for a answer here.

There is a friend of me who
likes to play infinity, but his
problem is if he click connect
nothing happens, and the connect
button just appear again.

Any Solutions?
