Uber ring failed

Sir and mam i have problem i donate uber set anubis but the ring is failed the ring is only + 1 acc and the 3 parts Gloves , Armor and Helm is ok but only the ring is + 1 acc only . help me with this is sir coz Castle Siege now in sunday . im with shutdown guild CS owner .

How does other who donate does not fail the rings and you failed?

I don't think so there is something wrong, since uber rings can be traded I don't think I can refund it to your account.
