You can't buy these sets directly from players if they already own them, you can just sell them your RoW's / Draco's for their FRESH Donation of 50$ in WS for your desired set. 50$ VD can be 600 and even up to 700 RoW's. It really depends on the seller that sells the 50$ VD.

Hello,
You CANNOT buy currently owned Uber sets with winds/dracos or anything other than uber sets/items with equal value.
However, you can buy 50$VD (which would be the price for Uber T2)
And I found these threads where you can base the price of 50$vd :
