Hello Infinitians,

We’ve seen a lot of confusion lately about ping, latency, and VPN routing. So let’s set the record straight once and for all.
First of all, I don’t know how else to explain this more clearly, but if you still refuse to understand basic routing, server geography, and how the internet works in 2025 when literally one Google search gives you the answer, then you’re just hurting your own gameplay.

So here it is:
🖥️ The game server is located in 🇨🇦 Beauharnois, Canada 🇨🇦. 👈
That’s the actual location where the game is running.
No matter what country you’re in whether you’re from Asia, Europe, South America, or anywhere else, your connection must go to that exact location.

❌ What most players get wrong:

A lot of you are connecting to VPNs in regions that have nothing to do with the actual server location, like Singapore, Tokyo, Brazil, Germany, etc. Even if your ping looks low (say 10–100ms), your data still travels thousands of kilometers to Canada. That means more hops, longer paths, and worse routing.

This causes:
  • Delayed skills
  • Inconsistent potrate
  • Missed combos
  • Stacked combos (lag abuse)
  • Random desync issues
That’s what we call bad routing, and no your “low ping” doesn’t save you.

✅ What you should be doing instead:

Connect to VPN servers that are close to Canada, such as:
  • Beauharnois – This is where the actual game server is. If your VPN has this location, use it.
  • Montreal – Closest major city to the server. Excellent routing and stability.
  • Toronto – Still in Canada, good performance and reliable for most regions.
  • ChicagoBest option for Asian players. Clean route to Canada with lower latency than Asian servers.
  • New York – Solid choice, especially for players from Europe or the East Coast of North America
This gives your data a shorter, cleaner route, which means:
  • Lower actual latency (not fake ping)
  • More stable combos
  • Better potrate
  • Responsive gameplay

Final Reminder:

Ping is just a number. Routing is what really matters.
Stop connecting through far-away countries just because the ping looks pretty.

And also, before connecting, make sure you're using one of the approved proxy servers listed here:
Allowed Proxy Servers as of 05/28/2025 :soypoint:

This isn’t just opinion, it’s how the internet works literally.
Help yourself. Understand your tools. It’s 2025, we’re surrounded by AI, tech is everywhere, and answers are literally one search away.

We want everyone to enjoy smoother gameplay. But it starts with you making the right choices.

Regards,

The InfinityMU Team
