Instead of 5 can make it like 7 or 8. or making each vault 2x bigger in game whenever you open it. to be more convinient for those who collects UBER and Saves a lot of winds and FO items for events and character fashion.

can you specify other benefits here in which everyone will benefit from it? As of now only the what we so called "collectors" will benefit from this. Multiple vault storage is implemented long time ago but until now Im just using my vault 1, if my vault is full I will just create a new char or new account and transfer it. If you bought all ubers Im pretty sure it fill fit on 5 vaults including your inventories.
I think not only the collector benefits this. ofcourse all of the players will also get the increase vault. its up to you on how you utilize it. about the winds stacking suggestion that is not possible. it would also be convenient to them.. a lot of players wanted to collect FO items not just UBERs. even me wanted to collect too. and I think nothings unfair to the said suggestion

I am not pertaining if its a fair or unfair suggestion, what im concerned about is there will be a posibility that it will cause bug/lost of items. Good suggestion though GL anyway.

It won't create any problem such as bugs/lost items. If 4-5 vaults do not do that , i don't see why 9-10 can do it.
I think this can be aprooved. Some players won't use the full functions of this but im sure some will. In the end it's up to Resi if he will accept it or not.
