Waiting time

Hello.
I write this topic cause smth is pissing me off =.=
The 30 seconds between posts :\.
That's kinda noob,cause when we reply to the Spam or somthing topics we don't need much time to think what to post.
It would be good if it could be decrased to 10 seconds or even removed.
What you think ?

I hate this too, Sometimes I have to wait like 5 mins to post something due to this :S

Don't hate it. It prevents spammers ( blue devils ). So just be patient to wait -.-
