While Event Masters and Game Masters are making PK events,you can request for them to make MG PK.They always can do it,but the problem is that there is no one who joins,that's why there isn't a tendency of them making MG PK Events.
Of course you can ask the one who is making events to make MG PK,there is no difficulty in that.They have done it a lot of times when people in-game asked for it
