See this is up to you whether or not you trust the drivers, what it's telling you is they can't confirm who made that driver.
I personally recommend finding the drivers from the site of the actual company for example if you have a radeon hd 4200 go on AMD's site and search for it than download all recommended drivers.
Sometimes I get that same message when trying to restore drivers, I usually just click Install it anyways but that's because I know I downloaded from a trusted source ^^.
The fact that windows cant verify the publisher doesnt mean it is a virus or something else, it has happened many times to me, but if u have a good antivirus i dont see a reason for you to worry, i would give it a go in this case :happyy:
