Bro i tried what u said extract it first on the desktop then extract to the infinityMU file bt still the same problem it denied

Run WinRAR as Administrator, manually choose the RAR file and then extract it to the MU folder.

If you tried it, then I think you should download a another version of winrar.
or as Aiska said maybe your files are broken?

It seems to be something wrong with permissions. Try turning off your UAC (click start> type uac > click it > put it lower or to never only for extracting purposes). Check if you have an account with admin permission on the computer.
